Bernard Cassar
Bernard – Executive Chairman has been operating from South Af- rica in the Hospitality sector since 1979. A Hotel School Graduate from the University of Johannesburg, Bernard further studied at both the University of Cornel in Upstate New York, along with studies at the University of Disney in Orlando. Bernard was a founder Director of Protea Hotels, ex- panded Protea throughout Africa, 14 countries in total, including Ghana and Nigeria. He has also developed Protea Franchise properties in the UK, Russia and Dubai.

Paul Umoh
Paul Umoh – Managing Director with a passion for hospitality that began in the 1990s at Nigeria Hotels, I’ve cultivated a diverse career across the industry. After joining Protea Hotels in the early 2000s and Marriott in 2015, I returned to my roots, starting as Finance Director to Operations Director and becoming Managing Director of BON Hotels International in 2020.
